Tech Talks: K-12 Schools – Assessments

July 2021

Welcome to ModernControls Tech Talks. In our second series, we discuss HVAC in K-12 Schools.

In this video we talk about how a Condition Assessment helps identify potential air quality issues in your building.

A condition assessment helps generate a list of priorities when dealing with potential HVAC issues within your building. Through this assessment, we are able to identify where the problem areas are and how a building is operating versus how it should be operating. Overall, it is taking a holistic approach on how to identify potential issues and make improvements.
